I get asked, how do you get results? How do you get abs? How do you lose __ lbs? Can you help me? Then when I answer most don’t like it.
The thing is there is no secret to what I do. No secret to get results. You need to sweat. You need to eat healthy. You need to stop thinking a pill is going to fix everything. That crash diet you’re trying is not sustainable and when you go back to old habits the weight will come back.
Stop thinking so much about the number on the scale, but more about living a healthier life. Stop thinking it’s all about being skinny. Focus on being stronger. Stop using exercise as a punishment for indulging a bit. Find different ways to reward yourself other than food.
The secret sauce is sweat!
