Shaun T created a workout. Using a Step that is just 20 minutes a day 6 days a week! Everyone has time for 20 min! And it will be nothing like the Old School workouts.


What is Transform :20

Transform :20 is a fast, super-intense fitness program created by Super Trainer Shaun T that will transform your body—and your mind—in just 20 minutes a day over 6 weeks. Be forewarned—it’s hard. But the results will be worth it. Transform :20 is a breakthrough total-body workout without breaks. It’s just you, Shaun T, and a Step. Well and Me lol I will coach you through it. We will be in this together. After 5 minutes, you’ll be out of breath, at 10 minutes you’ll be sweating, in 15 minutes you’ll be looking at the clock, and by minute 20 you’ll be done. You’ll blast your core, legs, glutes, and upper body— no weights required. There’s a different workout every day, 6 days a week, done in real time with the cast. No do-overs and no repeats.

Transform :20 is divided into three 2-week chapters: COMMIT, CLIMB, CONQUER. In each chapter, the moves evolve and get harder. Daily Transformer challenges will push you physically, and daily Shaun- Firmations will help get your mind focused and keep you motivated. The Beachbody® Nutrition Guide has been tailored to Transform :20 to make sure you’re getting the nutrients and fuel you need throughout
the program to help you achieve your best results. It also explains how to incorporate Portion Fix® or the 2B MindsetTM into your eating plan. Finally, weekly behind-the-scenes videos, “Transform Your Life with Shaun T,” feature Shaun T and the cast as they discuss their own challenges, with the goal of motivating everyone to stay committed and strong.

Whats Included:

A Step. That is smaller than the old school step s easier to store. There is also a Modifier to do the program.

You get 2 Prep workouts. One is 10 min the other 15. So you can get ready for the 6 week program.


Your get 36 Unique workouts. Each day has a different 20-minute workout done in real time, with no do-overs, repeats, or breaks, to keep your customers engaged and motivated to finish strong.

6 Bonus workouts. Which can be done in addition to your workouts or on your days off. 3 Abs routines, 1 booty, 1 recovery, 1 cardio. 10-20 min long.

I don’t have your Motivation.

You guys! I hear this so much…

“I want to lose weight but I am not motivated enough.”

“I want to join you, but I don’t have your Motivation.”

“I wish I had your motivation.”

Listen BULL SHIT. I don’t have my Motivation. LOL the term in itself is Bull Shit! You know what I  am saying? Tough Love here. If you are saying this over and over again. But then constantly complaining about your weight, or how your clothes fit or how unhealthy and tired you are. Maybe you should recheck your priorities. Maybe you should drop the motivation excuse, because that is exactly what it is and just do it. Just Start.

I am being 100% honest when I say I DO NOT always want to work out. But I am DEDICATED. I am dedicated to my health, and to the people that join me. So I will show up no matter what. Is it always perfect? Hell no! Who cares?

So here are my tips to get started…

  2. Tell someone have them hold you accountable. And check in with you. even call you out on your shit when you are not showing up!
  3. Do something that will get you towards your goal every single day.
  4. Put some skin in the game. If you are anything like me you do not have a budget to just waste the money!
  5. Remember that its not always about weight loss that its about being healthier! More energy.
  6. Remember you’re not always going to want to, but you’ll feel better when you do!
