Banana oat bread (not quite grandmas recipe)


What you need

2 ripe 🍌 bananas smashed

1 cup old fashioned oatmeal

3/4 cup all purpose flour

3/4 cup sugar

2 eggs 🍳 

1/2 cup melted coconut 🌴 oil

1/4 cup whipping cream (could use milk)

1 tsp vanilla 

1 tsp baking soda

Dash of salt

Chia seeds (optional)

Throw it all in a bowl mix it up. Will be a little lumpy. Put in a greased 9×5 loaf pan bake at 325 for 1 hr and 20 min. It is 😋 delicious!
