This recipe was sent to me from a friend on Pinterest! I wanted to try it out but of course I had to tweak it a bit!
Bag of Brussel sprouts
2tbsp olive oil
2tbsp balsamic vinegar
2tsp (roughly) honey
Crushed red pepper
Pre heat oven to 425. Cut bottom off Brussel sprout and cups in half place in a bowl pour olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Mix.
Dump on baking sheet.
Roast the for 20 min stirring half way through. Put them back in the bowl add balsamic vinegar, honey, and crushed red pepper (add as much as you want.). Put back on baking sheet bake for 7 more minutes. Weird time I know! But they were perfect😘
