Water!!

Big tip for your health. Drink your water! Not with mio added, not with crystal light. When you add that you are changing the molecular structure and it does not do the same thing! You will not benefit. Just plain water! You don’t like it? Suck it up and just do it! 
This is my 3rd time today refilling this 25oz bottle all before noon. You should drink have your weight and if you sweat add more.
