Clean Banana Bread

  Tweaking an old recipe to try to make it healthy and have some fun is some what a science project where it does not always end up tasting good. But this one worked!!

What you need…

1 3/4 cups oatmeal

3 ripe bananas

2 eggs

2 heaping tablespoons of coconut oil

1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

1/2 cup honey

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp baking soda

1tsp vanilla

Place all the ingredients in food processor. Blend until smooth. Put in a sprayed loaf pan and bake at 325 for 1:20 min…
