Because I did that. But I had a can of chickpeas an almost 4 yr old that loves to bake and I wants to eat shit all day so I went with it…
We opened fixate I tweaked the recipe to work for us and we made them.
The husband hates them. But the kids think they are good and what a way to sneak something healthy into your kiddos!
Non stick cooking spray
1 can chickpeas drained and rinsed
1/4 cup olive oil
2 large eggs
1/4 cup stevia
1/4 cup honey
2 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
Sea salt a pinch
1/4 cup chic chips.
Preheat oven to 350. Spray 8×8 pan with non stick oil. Put all ingredients (EXCEPT CHOC CHIPS) in the food processor, blend till smooth. Pour this into the pan. Sprinkle the chocolate chips on top. Bake for 25-28 min till a toothpick would come out clean.
