I’ll admit that I am a very picky eater. I know what I like so I tend to stick with that and trying new things sometimes I am just like my 3 year old.

So shopping last week I see a bag of Sugar Snap Peas. I’ll admit I am 29 and have never tried these. So I bought them.
I tried them raw. They were OK. Not my fave…
Today I had the genius idea of roasting them.
What you need…
1Tbsp olive oil
Seasoning (I used 21 season salute from trader joes)
Sprinkle of sea salt
Sugar snap peas.
Preheat the oven to 400. Drizzle oil on pan add sugar snap peas. Season it all up. Cook in the oven stirring ever 10-25 min till browned.
