Ok! I suck! I have not blogged in over a week. I just don’t feel like I have much to say or what to write about.

Well I think thats also bullshit. If you lived in my head you would know all the shit I have to talk about. Although… It is probably not appropriate, most of the time. Like I am so glad people can not hear my thoughts. HAHAHA

I have been a mess this week. I am back to working out. Thank god! Finishing up with Block 1 of P90X3. I will be giving a review for this later.

Finally feeling better after a strong dose of antibiotics. I seemed to have a kidney infection. I have no idea how that happened.

People want to know how you find motivation to get your workouts in, my easy answer… You just fucking do it. Its not always there the motivation. in fact just this morning I wasted 28 minutes not wanting to do my workout. I put my big girl pants on and did it anyway.

It is the easiest thing in the world to fall off the fitness wagon. So I void falling off. I just do the workout, easy right?
