Seriously can not say enough about this program. I loved it! Now my favorite. Was it challenging. Yes and when it started to feel easy I upped my weights (added more weight on) to make it challenging again. Always leaving my muscles uncertain as to what was coming next. I really did not get sick of these workouts. I can honestly say that for the first time ever with a 90 day program. I like it so much that I plan on doing another round after The 3 day Refresh I am doing Monday Jan 5th. So that way I can give my muscles a little break.
Sagi Kalev (The trainer of Body Beast) knows what he is doing and keeps you motivated through out . One of my favorite quotes from him is during Build legs.
What I could have done better with… Nutrition. I did not really follow his plan or any. I just ate clean with some cheats. More than I would have liked but overall not too bad. And hey Im human. I also have been drinking a lot more than usually. I credit that to Christmas and New years. Oh Hey playoffs… Round 2. I plan on sticking to a nutrition plan. See one of my goals is to be in my best shape ever by my 30th birthday. (7-15-15)
I followed the lean beast schedule and it was block 3.
Here are my Stats
Some info on this… I literally only stepped on my scale the day I started and the day after the last workout, I did the same for the measurements. So I had no idea what was going on besides what I could see. When you see the pictures you will understand the weight gain. I def toned up which is exactly what I wanted to do and I am very happy with my results. Staying off the scale is not as hard as I thought it would be, you see I used to be obsessed with it. So this is a WIN! I also never thought I would share these numbers publicly, but I am happy with my body now. Therefore willing to share them with you fine people!!
Now for my pictures!
