This weekend I was far from perfect. Friday was Halloween I ate Applebees, candy and drank wine. Saturday we ran around then the hubster and I went out to dinner and to the movies. So I ate bad again and topped the night off with wine. Sunday wasn’t as bad. But I still did not eat perfect.
What I did do right? My workout. I follow the schedule I very rarely veer from that. Just because my eating is off does not mean that I give up.
There is no starting over. I keep going. I will never eat perfectly and I’m ok with that. I am perfect with my imperfections.
Today I started block 2 of Body Beast. The Bulk phase.
Eating is back on track so far….
When you veer off course roll with it! Don’t give up on yourself!
