Super easy!!
1 lbs chicken
1 jar salsa
1 bell pepper (any color sliced)
Onion (if you want I do not use this!)
throw it all in the crock pot cook on low until the chicken is soft enough to be shredded. Serve with plain Greek yogurt and shredded cheddar (optional) on a whole wheat wrap.
