One of the biggest thing I stress to my challengers is to celebrate the little victories! Not just the scale! Forget that DAMN Number. Because that is not what this entire journey is about! Focus on the N.S.V… What the hell does that mean?

It means Non-Scale-Victories. Think about where you were 2 weeks ago on this journey and the way you are improving now. Maybe your jeans are looser, you can hold a plank longer, do one more push up. You can finish the entire workout or take less breaks. You have not overly indulged and taught yourself  to celebrate with out food.

It is the little things in life. Celebrate your successes!!
